The festivities began with the celebration of Mass, followed by a reception in the atmospheric setting of Casa Ceretti in Verbania. Guests enjoyed an exceptional menu catered by Ristorante "Gattabuia", a project that pairs fine dining with a powerful mission of social rehabilitation and redemption.

During the event, Ruggero Spagliarisi, President of Aedes, reflected on what has been an extraordinary year for the company. Key highlights included the arrival of 11 new team members (10 of whom are young talents) and Aedes’ entry into the prestigious Guamari rankings of Italy’s top 70 construction firms—a feat achieved after tripling the company's turnover in just five years.
