On 10 June, DeA Capital SpA  (De Agostini Group) finalised the sale of 55% of the share capital of Innovation Real Estate SpA (IRE) to a group of companies operating in the real estate sector, including Aedes Srl.

Innovation Real Estate is a company specialized in project, construction, property, facility and advisory real estate services. The company currently manages a large number of properties throughout Italy.

The industrial project involves an innovative growth and development programme to offer a complete, professional range of services to leading Italian and foreign real estate professionals.

This is an important opportunity for Aedes to enter the sector of real estate management and development, a sector with a high level of dynamism and innovation, within a particularly specialised corporate and managerial structure.
