Coinciding with the 15^th National Day of Sport, 3 June 2018 sees the opening of the new Domodossola City of Sport, created by Aedes in association with CEB, Sport Group and Umberto Borino.

The 2.5 million euro project included: the creation of two new football pitches, one 11-a-side pitch approved by the FIGC (the Italian Football Federation) and one 7-a-side training pitch, both in artificial turf; an athletics track approved by FIDAL (the Italian Athletics Federation); and restructuring of the stands, the dressing rooms, the caretaker’s house, the swimming pools and the tennis courts.
