Job Description:

Our company is seeking to hire one Junior Construction Engineer to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated individual who is eager to grow professionally in the construction sector. They will be involved in the technical management of construction sites, following a professional development path that will lead them to eventually take on the role of Project Manager within a solid and rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Project Manager in construction management, ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
• Managing the technical and administrative documentation for the construction site.
• Preparing quantity take-offs (computi metrici) and active and passive progress statements (Sal).
• Monitoring and managing the project's construction schedule (timeline/critical path).
• Assisting in drafting and verifying the project budget, controlling compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Analyzing and comparing bids/quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering (Ingegneria Edile).
Experience: 0–5 years.
Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD; knowledge of Project, Primus, and Revit is preferred.
Proficiency in the English language is a plus (preferibile).
